If you have already completed payment and your order has not yet been handed over to the courier service, we will immediately refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used for the transaction (credit card, bank deposit).
If your order has already been handed over to the courier or you have already received the products, please note that due to the nature of the materials, the products cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they have not been used.
Product delivery is available only within Greece and Cyprus.
Products will be shipped via courier to the address you provided upon completing your order.
The shipping cost is €13 including VAT.
08. OTHER TERMS
The use of this website is governed by Greek Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
If any of the above terms is found to be contrary to applicable legislation, it shall automatically cease to apply, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms in any way.

- Free returns apply only to orders within Greece.
