The product is based on hyaluronidase, an enzyme with the ability to break down hyaluronic acid fibers. It is used in mesotherapy to dissolve connective tissue bands that cause the dimpled "orange peel" appearance of cellulite. It increases tissue permeability and promotes the spread or dispersion of other injected substances.

It is used for the total removal of hyaluronic acid in cases such as:

• inappropriately selected filler
• filler displacement
• allergic reaction after using a hyaluronic acid-based product
• excessive filler injection
• visible lumps due to superficial filler application
• swelling caused by an undesired healing process
